Care Quilts
Our Guild provides community service to local charities in the form of finished quilts for those in need. Organizations we assist include, but are not limited to Phoebe’s Home, The Prenatal Clinic, and St. Joseph’s Cancer Center. Recently a family shared with us that one of our quilts was the perfect size to help keep the recipient warm through his chemotherapy experience and provided a tangible memory of their loved one.
Typically, a workshop day during the year is dedicated to bringing Guild members together with kits to work on creating care quilts.
